१६ फेब्रुअरी २०२५ आइतबारका दिन गैरआवासीय नेपाली संघको उच्चस्तरीय समितिको नवौं बैठक सफलतापूर्वक सम्पन्न भएको छ। उच्चस्तरीय समितिका संयोजक डा. शेष घलेको अध्यक्षतामा बसेको बैठकले सदस्यता दर्ता, निर्वाचन प्रक्रिया र आगामी महाधिवेशनको तयारी लगायतका ६ वटा भन्दा धेरै विषयहरुमा छलफल र निर्णय गरेको छ।
निर्णयहरु
१. सदस्यता संबन्धि
बैठकले गैरआवासीय नेपाली संघको सदस्यता लिन अनलाइन फर्म दर्ता गर्ने मिति थप गर्ने निर्णय गरेको छ। नयाँ मिति अनुसार गैरआवासीय नेपालीहरुले मार्च ३१, २०२५ सम्म नयाँ सदस्यता लिन या नवीकरण गर्न सक्नेछन।
सदस्यता दर्ता गर्दा आइसीसी (ICC) द्वारा लिइने पंजीकृत सदस्यता शुल्क यस महाधिवेशनमा नलिने निर्णय गरिएको छ। तर एनसीसी (NCC) हरूले आफ्ना देशका नियमानुसार शुल्क तोक्न सक्नेछन्। सम्पूर्ण एनआरएनहरुले आफ्नो देशमा सदस्यता खुलेको भए एनसीसीहरुले भने अनुसार अन्यथा https://nrnahlc.com/ मा गएर सदस्यता लिन या नविकरण गर्न सक्नेछन।
एनसीसीहरुमा सदस्यता लिएका पंजीकृत (साधारण या आजीवन) सदस्यहरुले पनि https://nrnahlc.com/ मा गएर एनसीसीमा शुल्क तिरेको रिसिट या अन्य कुनै खाले प्रमाण पेश गरेर सदस्यता अध्यावधिक गर्न या नयाँ सदस्यता लिन अनुरोध गरिएको छ।
२. प्रमुख निर्वाचन आयुक्त र आयुक्तहरुको नियुक्ति
यस बैठकले प्रमुख निर्वाचन आयुक्त र निर्वाचन आयुक्तहरूको नियुक्ति गर्ने निर्णय गरेको छ। सो संबन्धि जानकारी वबसाइटमा पब्लिक गरिने छ।
३. राष्ट्रिय महाधिवेशन
सम्पूर्ण देशका राष्ट्रिय समन्वय परिषदहरुको महाधिवेशन र निर्वाचन अप्रिल १५, २०२५ भित्र सम्पन्न गर्नुपर्ने निर्णय गरिएको छ। यदि कुनै एनसीसी (NCC) ले उक्त मिती भित्र निर्वाचन सम्पन्न गर्न नसक्ने भएमा एनसीसी (NCC) हरुले उपसमिती मार्फत उच्चस्तरीय समितिसँग MOU गरेर महाधिवेशनका लागि नयाँ मिति निर्धारण गर्न सक्नेछन्।
४. अन्तराष्ट्रिय महाधिवेशनका अतिथि
महाधिवेशनको तयारीका लागि बैठकले प्रमुख अतिथि र अन्य अतिथिहरूलाई निमन्त्रणा गर्न सुरु गर्ने निर्णय गरेको छ। यसका लागि नेपाल सरकार परराष्ट्र मन्त्रालयसंग परामर्श समेत गरिनेछ।
५. मूल आयोजक समितिको बैठक
गैरआवासीय नेपाली संघको उच्चस्तरीय समितिका संयोजक डा. शेष घलेको संयोजकत्वमा गठन गरिएको मुल आयोजक समितिको बैठक तुरुन्तै आयोजना गर्ने निर्णय गरिएको छ।
यसका साथै उच्चस्तरीय समितिको यो बैठकले आगामी महाधिवेशनको तयारीलाई बलियो बनाउने थप कार्यगर्दै विश्वभरका गैरआवासीय नेपालीहरूको समन्वयलाई थप मजबुत बनाउनका लागि मार्गदर्शन गर्नेछ।
