भनिएको सहकारीको प्रकरणमा उनको कुनै संलग्नता नदेखिएको कुरा कानुन ब्यबसायीलाइ र नेपाली नागरिक सबैलाई थाहा छ तर तर एमाले र नेपाली कांग्रेस पार्टीलाइ भने रवि लामिछाने बाहिर भए आफ्नो पोल खुल्ने र पार्टी धरापमा पर्ने डरले सताएको छ। त्यसैको डरले लामिछानेलाइ कस्टडीमा देशैभरी घुमाएर मानसिक रुपमा तनाव दिएर तुइयाउने योजना छ। यसलाई उनीहरुको सबै घटनाले प्रमाणित गरेको छ।
राष्ट्रिय स्वतन्त्र पार्टी (रास्वपा) ले त यसको बिरोध र प्रदर्शन गरेको छ नै। नागरिक रुपमा गरिएका प्रदर्शन, बौद्धिक वर्ग, कलाकार, पत्रकार, साहित्यकार, नेपालका नेपाली र विदेशका नेपाली मात्र होइन कतिपय नेपाली कांग्रेस र एमाले पार्टीका नेताहरुले नै पनि यो कुराको बोरोध गरेका छन्। तर पनि सरकारले आफ्नो प्रतिसोध निरन्तर गरेको छ।
पछिल्लो पटक उनलाई मध्येराती हात-पात गर्दै, लछार्दै-पछार्दै चितवनबाट पोखरा लगिएपछि रास्वपा सभापति लामिछानेका वकिल सुशील पन्तले लामिछानेको मानवअधिकार प्रशासनले हनन गरेको विषयमा छानबिन हुनुपर्ने र त्यसका लागि समिति गठन हुनुपर्ने माग गरेका छन्।

राष्ट्रिय स्वतन्त्र पार्टीका सभापति, पूर्व उपप्रधान तथा गृहमन्त्री एवं सांसद रवि लामिछानेलाई रातारात चितवनबाट पोखरा लगिएको घटनाप्रति पार्टीको घोर आपत्ति रहेको छ । सभापति लामिछानेलाई दिनभर चितवन जिल्ला सरकारी वकीलको कार्यालयमा बयान गराई राति सुतिरहेको बेलामा अचानक उठाई मध्यरातमा चितवनबाट सडक मार्ग हुँदै राति ३ बजे पोखरा पुर्याइको रहेछ । यो आश्चर्यजनक, निकृष्ट, निन्दनीय घटना सरकारको प्रत्यक्ष निर्देशनमा भएको सूचनाहरु प्रहरी सुत्रबाट प्राप्त भएका छन् ।
सरकारको यो कदम राज्य संयन्त्रको दुरुपयोग गरी एक प्रतिस्पर्धी राजनीतिक दलको नेतालाई विभिन्न बहानामा यातना दिने अमानवीय, अपमानजनक तथा गैरन्यायिक चाल हो । यसैबीच सभापति लामिछानेको निजी डायरी हिरासतबाटै गायब गरिएको छ । हामी यसको घोर भर्त्सना गर्दछौं । सरकारको यो कर्मले नागरिकको नैसर्गिक मानवअधिकार हनन गरेको छ । यो निर्मम कदमको औचित्य राज्यले पुष्टि गर्नुपर्नेछ । यसतर्फ राष्ट्रिय मानवअधिकार आयोग एवं सम्पूर्ण राष्ट्रिय अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय मानवअधिकारकर्मी तथा मानवअधिकारवादी संघ संस्थाहरुको गम्भीर ध्यानाकर्षण गराउन चाहन्छौं ।
रवि लामिछाने कसुरदार नभई एक आरोपित मात्र हुन् । सरकारको कानुनी प्रक्रियामा साथ दिएर उनले नागरिक कर्तव्य निर्वाह गरिरहेका छन् । अनुसन्धानमा साथ दिइरहेको एक लोकप्रिय जनप्रतिनिधिलाई अपराधी जस्तो गरी प्रचार गरिनुका साथै सोही स्तरको व्यवहार हुनु नेपालको संविधानको धारा १८, धारा २२ तथा मुलुकी अपराध संहिता, २०७४ को दफा १६७ एवम् यातना र अन्य क्रूर, अमानवीय वा अपमानजनक व्यवहार वा सजाय विरुद्धको महासन्धि, १९८४ विपरीत समेत रहेको तर्फ सम्बन्धित सबैलाई सचेत गराउँछौं । अत: यस घटनाका दोषीमाथि उल्लिखित कानुनी प्रावधान बमोजिम कारवाही गर्न जोडदार माग गर्दछौं ।
राष्ट्रिय तथा अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय निकायहरुबाट सुक्ष्म रुपमा नियालीरहेको परिप्रेक्ष्यमा राज्य संयन्त्र रास्वपा र यसका सभापति विरुद्ध षडयन्त्रपूर्ण रुपमा सक्रिय रहेको थप स्पष्ट बनाएको छ । आज सांसद रवि लामिछानेका माध्यमबाट दुई तिहाईको दम्भमा नेपालमा लोकतान्त्रिक व्यवस्थालाई दलीय कुशासनको पञ्जामा पार्न राज्यसत्ता उद्दत रहेको छ । तसर्थ राज्यको न्यायिक पद्दति, कानुनी शासन र लोकतान्त्रिक अधिकारको रक्षार्थ सक्रिय रहन सम्पूर्ण न्यायप्रेमी जनसमुदायमा हार्दिक अपील गर्दछौं ।
