सम्मानित सर्वोच्च अदालतको परमादेशको पालना गर्दै नेपाल सरकारसँग समन्वय गरी गैरआवासीय नेपाली संघ (एनआरएनए) उच्चस्तरीय समितिद्वारा मे ३-४, २०२५ मा काठमाडौँमा आयोजित एकताको महाधिवेशन सफलतापूर्वक सम्पन्न भएको छ। डेलिगेट्सहरुबीच व्यापक छलफल गरी यो महाधिवेशन निम्न घोषणा गर्दछ:
१. यो महाधिवेशन गैरआवासीय नेपालीहरु (एनआरएन) हरुले गैर आवासीय नेपाली नागरिकता संबन्धि नेपालको संविधानले ब्यबस्था गरेका सम्पूर्ण अधिकार उपभोग गर्न पाउने गरी जतिसक्दो चाडो विद्यमान ऐनकानूनमा संशोधन गर्न नेपाल सरकारलाई हार्दिक अनुरोध गर्दछ।
२. यो महाधिवेशन विदेशमा बस्ने नेपालीहरुले पनि आफ्नो मताधिकार प्रयोग गर्न पाउने छिटोभन्दा छिटो ब्यबस्था गर्नको लागि नेपाल सरकारलाई अनुरोध गर्दछ।
३. यो महाधिवेशन मध्यपूर्व लगायतका मुलुकमा कार्यरत नेपाली श्रमिक दाजुभाइ दिदीबहिनीका यावत् समस्या र त्यहाँ अज्ञानवस जेलमा रहेका नेपालीहरुलाई स्वदेश फर्काउन नेपाल सरकारसँग समन्वय गरी सक्दो पहल गर्ने प्रतिबद्धता व्यक्त गर्दछ।
४. यो महाधिवेशन ब्रिटिश सेनाबाट सेवानिवृत्त पूर्व गोरर्खा सैनिकहरुको समान पेन्सन लगायतका मागहरुलाइ पूरा गर्न कूटनैतिक पहल तीव्र पार्न नेपाल सरकारलाई आग्रह गर्दछ।
५. यो महाधिवेशन विगतका तीता मीठा अनुभवहरु बिर्सेर संस्थालाई एकजुट बनाउन एउटा समयबद्ध रोडम्याप तयार गरी अगाडी बढ्न नवगठित कार्यसमितिलाई अनुरोध गर्दछ।
६. यो महाधिवेशन सफलतापूर्वक सम्पन्न गर्न अभिभावकीय भूमिका निर्वाह गर्नु हुने नेपाल सरकारका माननीय परराष्ट्र मन्त्री डा आरजु राणा देउवा, नेपाल सरकारका प्रतिनिधि लगायत राजनीतिक दल तथा नेतृत्व वर्गप्रति हार्दिक धन्यवाद ज्ञापन गर्दछ । त्यसैगरी सम्पूर्ण महाधिवेशन प्रतिनिधिहरु, निर्वाचन समिति, पर्यवेक्षक, संचारकर्मी तथा पत्रकारहरुलाई पनि हार्दिक धन्यवाद ज्ञापन गर्दछ।
