एनआरएनए महाधिवेशनको मिति सर्दैन, अदालतको आदेश, तोकिएकै मितिमा हुन्छ: उच्चस्तरीय समिति

गैरआवासीय नेपाली संघ (एनआरएनए) उच्चस्तरीय समितिले तोकिएकै मिति (३-५ मे, २०२५) मा एकता महाधिवेशन हुने प्रस्ट गरेको छ ।

उच्चस्तरीय समितिका अध्यक्ष डा. शेष घले तथा सदस्यहरूले सोमबार  काठमाडौँमा एक पत्रकार सम्मेलन गर्दै  एकता महाधिवेशनका लागि अहिलेसम्म तयारी अन्तिम चरणमा पुगेको र  कुनै पनि हालतमा एकता महाधिवेशनको मिति पर नसर्ने  स्पष्ट पारे ।

अध्यक्ष  घलेले अहिलेको अवस्थामा आफू र उच्चस्तरीय समिति सर्वोच्च अदालतको परमादेश अनुसार नै अधिवेशन गराउनका लागि जुटी रहेको बताए। उनले आफूले चुनौतीका कुरा छोडेर यसलाई अवसरको रूपमा लिएर संस्थालाई एक गराउने र अहिले देखिएका समस्या समाधानका लागि लागि परेको बताए।

बद्री केसी पक्षले  अहिलेसम्म उच्चस्तरीय समितिको काममा कुनै सहयोग नगरे पनि आफ्नो नेतृत्वको समितिले  पारदर्शी तरिकाले काम गरिरहेको र समितिको हरेक गतिविधि सबै सदस्यहरूलाई इमेलमार्फत जानकारी गराइरहेको पनि उनले बताए।

राष्ट्रिय समन्वय परिषद् (एनसीसी) को अधिवेशन नगराई अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय समन्वय परिषद् (आइसिसी) को महाधिवेशन किन गर्न लागेको  भन्ने प्रश्नको जवाफ दिँदै डा. घलेले सर्वोच्च अदालतले एनसीसीको विषयमा कुनै पनि कुरा नबोलेको बताउँदै समस्या आइसिसीमा भएकाले त्यस अनुसार नै काम अघि बढी रहेको बताए। “एनसीसी स्वायत्त संस्था हुन्, तर यहाँ भ्रम छरिएको छ। हामीले एनसीसीहरुसँग समन्वय गरिरहेका छौँ र उहाँहरूले सदस्यता वितरण लगायतका काममा हामीलाई सघाई रहनु भएको छ,” डा. घलेले भने।

उनले कतिपय डेलिगेट्सहरु काठमाडौँ आउने क्रम सुरु भई सकेको, सैयौं डेलिगेट्सहरुले आफ्नो फ्लाइट र होटेल बुकिङ गरिसकेको बताउँदै अब कुनै  पनि हालतमा महाधिवेशन पर नसर्ने स्पष्ट पारे। अहिले अन्तिम समयमा आएर अधिवेशन स्थगित गर्नु भनेको अपराध गर्नु सरह हुने पनि उनले बताए।

यहाँ मेरो कुनै पनि व्यक्तिगत स्वार्थ छैन।  मेरो अधिकार र उच्चस्तरीय समितिका अन्य सदस्यहरूको अधिकार बराबर हो।मैले सर्वोच्चले दिएको आदेश अनुसार आफ्नो जिम्मेवारी निर्वाह गरिरहेको छु।  अन्य सदस्यहरूले पनि आफ्नो जिम्मेवारी निर्वाह गर्नु हुनेछ भन्ने हाम्रो अपेक्षा हो, उनले भने। उनले एकता महाधिवेशन संस्थाको नयाँ नेतृत्व चयन गर्ने मात्रै नभएर नयाँ विधान बनाउने र संस्थालाई नयाँ जीवन दिने अवसर पनि भएकाले बढी भन्दा बढी डेलिगेट्सहरु काठमाडौँ आएर महाधिवेशनमा भाग लिन अपिल  पनि गरे।

पत्रकार सम्मेलनमा उच्चस्तरीय समितिकी सदस्य सचिव जानकी गुरुङले अप्रिल ७, २०२५ सम्म  ६३ हजार बढीले सदस्यता लिएको र अहिले डेलिगेट्सका लागि आवेदन प्रक्रिया अन्तिम चरणमा पुगेको जानकारी दिइन् । उनले २० अप्रिलसम्मको डेटा अनुसार अहिलेसम्म २,७२० जनाले डेलिगेट्सका लागि आवेदन दिएको बताइन्। उनले कागजातहरू जाँच गरिसके पछि डेलिगेट्सको अन्तिम नामावली प्रकाशन गरिने पनि जानकारी दिइन्। 

सचिवालयको जिम्मेवारी पनि सम्हालिरहेकी  गुरुङले सर्वोच्च अदालतको फैसला कार्यान्वयन निर्देशनालयले पटक-पटक पत्र लेख्दा पनि बद्री केसी समूहले उच्चस्तरीय  समितिलाई सचिवालय, एमआइएस प्रणाली लगायतमा पहुँच नदिएको बताइन्। थुप्रै अप्ठेराकाबीचमा पनि कामहरू भइरहेको उनले बताइन्।

यसैगरी, उच्चस्तरीय समितिका सदस्य एवं आर्थिक उपसमितिका संयोजक कुल आचार्यले अधिवेशन भव्य र सभ्य बनाउनका लागि आर्थिक अभाव नहुने बताए। उनले अहिलेसम्म झन्डै रु ५० लाखको सहयोग जुटी सकेको भन्दै सहयोग आउने क्रम जारी रहेको पनि बताए। उनले कर्पोरेट हाउसहरूसँगको सहकार्यमा प्रायोजकहरू आउने पनि प्रस्ट पारे।

एनसीसी समन्वय उपसमितिका संयोजक एवं उच्चस्तरीय समितिका सदस्य विनोद कुँवरले एनसीसीहरुसँग समन्वय गर्ने काम भई रहेको बताए। उनले अधिवेशनको तयारी तीव्र रूपमा अघि बढिरहेको उल्लेख गरे ।

त्यस्तै, उच्चस्तरीय समितिकी सदस्य रबिना थापाले अहिले लचिलो भएर अधिवेशन सम्पन्न गराउने अभियानमा उच्चस्तरीय समिति लागी रहेको बताइन्।
