बिश्वभरका आतंकवादी र पहिलो र दोश्रो दुवै बिश्वो युद्धको गठजोडको संख्या भन्दा धेरै मान्छे कम्युनिष्टहरुको आन्दोननको नाममा मारिएका छन्। यो तथ्य मेरो होइन “The Black Book of Communism:Crimes, Terror, Repression-1997” नामको पुस्तकमा उल्लेख गरिएको कुरा हो।
नेपालमा कम्युनिष्टहरुको पूर्व आतंककारी दस्ता माओवादी त्यसैगरी तराइबादी केहि दस्ता लगायतले मात्र होइन खड्गप्रसाद ओलीले जसको राजनैतिक नश्ल सुधार गरिएको नाम केपी शर्माओलीले हो। उनले पनि मान्छे मारेर आएको र त्यसलाई राजनैतिक रुपमा बामपन्थीकारण गरिएको कुरा छिपेको छैन। अहिले पनि ओलीद्वारा पिडित ती परिवारले न्याय नपाएको कुरा छरपष्ट रुपमा बाहिर आएको छ।
तिनै खड्गप्रसाद ओली जेलबाट निस्कंदा राजनैतिक बन्दिको रुपमा रिहा भएको कुरा नेपालका कानुन विदहरुको भनाइ छ। यदि त्यो रिहाइ राजनैतिक थियो भने या सहि हो भने त्यो हत्याको सजायं त बाँकी नै छ। त्यो मुद्धा किन चल्दैन? के दलहरुले ब्याख्या गरेपछि ‘कोदो पनि तोरी हुने’ हो ? प्रश्न उठेको छ तर जवाफ लुकेको छ। उसो त कुनै पनि आतंकारी गतिबिधिलाइ राजनैतिक रंग लगाएर दलीय तड्का मारेपछि काउसोको मलमले औंसीको चन्द्रमा पनि उज्यालो हुने रहेछ।
पछिलो समय तिनै हत्या आरोपी शर्मा ओली नेपाल कम्युनिष्ट पार्टी एमालेको अध्यक्ष तथा यो मिति सम्मका प्रधानमन्त्री समेत छन्। अनि उनलाई फेरि एमालेको महाराजा बनाउन एमालेका दाशहरुले बिधान संसोधन गरिदिए। बिधानमा रहेको अलिकति प्रजातान्त्रिक ब्यबस्थालाइ बामपन्थीकरण गरि एकै व्यक्ति ७० बर्षे हद र दुइ कार्यकाल पछि तेश्रो कार्यकाल अध्यक्ष नहुने भन्ने दुवै हदलाइ हटाइयो।
यो संसोधन केवल एकल ओलीलाइ बाटो खुला गर्न गरिएको हो। अर्थात् एमालेको बिधानमा ओलीकै लागि मुभिङ्ग गोलपोष्टको कहानी जस्तै गरिएको हो। जहाँ गोल गर्नको लागि हानेको बल छल्न गोलपोष्ट नै सारिन्छ। बिधान फेरियो अनि एमाले निरंतर रुपमा ओलीकरण भयो।
यसको कारण भनेको ओलीलाइ एमालेका ‘महाराजा’ मान्ने दाशहरुको मनोवृत्ति हौसिएको हो। कति त भिम रावल हुन डराउने अनि कति ओलीवाला बंदुवाको दाम्लोमा रमाउने। स्पष्ट भाषामा भन्नुपर्दा, ‘हुति हुने नेता एमालेमा रहेनछन् भन्ने लाजको प्रमाणपत्र हो। एमालेका दाशहरुको बिचमा बिधानमा यस्तो संसोधन गर्न हुँदैन भन्न केवल एउटा मात्र नेता रहेछन। केवल उनले मात्र असहमित स्पष्ट रुपमा राखी रहे। तर उनलाई ओलीले कति दिनमा डोकोले छोप्छन त्यो हेर्न बाँकी छ।
अजुवाको कुरा, एमालेका दाशहरु आफू कुरा राख्न सक्दैनन अनि पूर्व राष्ट्रपति बिद्या भण्डारीलाइ सक्रिय राजनीतिमा आउन उक्साउँछन्। राष्ट्रपति भण्डारी सक्रिय भएको ठीक-बेठीक भन्ने तर्क एकातिर चलेको छ। तर त्यो विल्कुलै आफ्नो नैतिक र ब्यबहारिक अनि राजनैतिक हैसियतको कुरा हो। तर यस्तो कुरा कम्युनिष्ट र अधिनायकवादीहरुमा लागु हुँदैन। उनीहरु पदका लागि जे र जस्तो सुकै पनि हद पार गर्छन। रुसका भ्लादीमिर पुटिन, उत्तर कोरियाका किम परिवार अनि चिनका वर्तमान राष्ट्रपतिलाइ पछिल्लो उदाहरणको रुपमा हेर्न सकिन्छ।
त्यहि कारण हो नेकपा एमालेले विधानमा रहेको ७० वर्षे उमेर हद र अध्यक्षको २ कार्यकाल मात्र भन्ने व्यवस्था हटाउने प्रस्ताव पारित गरेको छ। पूर्वराष्ट्रपति भण्डारीको पार्टीमा सक्रिय हुने विषयको पनि टुंगो लागेको छ। उनको सदस्यता नवीकरण भएको कुरा एमाले महासचिवले खुलासा गरिसके। अब ओलीले भण्डारीलाइ राजनीतिमा बामपन्थी ध्रुवीकरणका लागि प्रयोग गर्छन। अनि आफू झन् शक्तिशाली भन्न प्रयास गर्छन।
त्यसको अर्थ नागरिकको आलोचनालाइ दबाउन कानुन नै बनाउन लागि पर्ने ओली दलभित्रको बिरोधलाइ रावलीकरण गर्छन। अनि
यो सबै कुरा एमाले महाराज ओलीले समाचार बनाउन गरेको नाटक मात्र हो। अब हुने कुराको छनक चाहिं माओवादी नेता वर्षमान पुनले गरेको खुलासासँग मिल्दो छ। उनको अश्त्र भनेको एकल एमाले दल र एक्लो ओलीको नेपाल हो।
अब यो भनिएको एमालेको बिधान संसोधन र पूर्व राष्ट्रपति भण्डारीको पुनरागमनले एमालेलाइ ओलीकरण गर्ने, राजनैतिक प्रतिसोधलाइ सँस्थागत गर्ने बाहेक अरु केहि र कसैलाई फाइदा हुनेवाला छैन।
ओलीले अब सबै दलका नेता र आफ्ना दलका इतरपक्षलाइ सखाप पार्दै जान्छन। केहि वामहरु ओलीले निल्छन। माओवादीलाइ लोभ, लाभ र दण्डको त्रासलले पाइतालमुनि जान्छन। किनकि गत महिना नै पुष्पकमल दाहालको गलाई सबैले देखेको छन्। अनि जतिबेला कांग्रेसको सत्ता लिने पालो आउँछ, त्यो बेलासम्म धेरै कुरा सखाप र ढिला भएको हुनेछ। अहिले अन्य दललाइ लात हानेर ओलीको शरणमा पुगेको कांग्रेससँग न त अन्य दल साथी हुन्छन न आफू एक्लै जान सक्छ। बबुरो कांगेस हेरेको हेरे हुन्छ।
