गैरआवासीय नेपाली संघ-एनआरएनएबारे समाचार न आएको पनि धेरै दिन पुगेछ। एनआरएनहरुकाबीच चर्चित, बर्जित, लज्जित र परिस्कृत एनआरएनएको कुरा हजार जिब्राले ब्याख्या गर्नुपर्ने होला। फुर्सद निकालेर र नेपाली समुदायको लागि केहि सोचना दिने बिश्वभरिका संचारकर्मी/पत्रकारहरुले भ्याउने त कुरै भएन।
मार्च २०२२ मा एनआरएनएको १० औं महाधिवेशन नेपाल सरकारको परराष्ट्र मन्त्रालयको पत्र अनुसार बिधि पूर्वक नै होटल याक एण्ड यतिमा सम्पन्न भएर बिनोद कुँवरको अध्यक्षतामा नेतृत्व चयन भएको थियो। त्यसलाई रसियन माफिया गुटले आफू पत्तासाफ हुने देखेपछि एउटा चोइटो फुटाएर लगे। संघ र संसारको कुनै पनि बिधिले नमिल्ने नाटक मन्चन गरे। त्यो कुरा सबैलाई थाहा नै छ।
बिचमा परराष्ट्रमन्त्री फेरिए, एमालेवाली डा. विमला पौडेल मन्त्रीले आफू बहिर्गमनको २ रात पहिला संघलाइ बे चिएदिइन। त्यसको भाउ थाहा भएन, रेकर्ड पनि हुने कुरा भएन। तर इण्डिकेटरले पुष्टि गर्ने कुरा हो। यस्ता सबै कुराको बिरोध गर्दै बिनोद कुँवर नेतृत्वले न्यायको लागि नेपालको सर्वोच्च अदालतमा निवेदन गरेको थियो।
अप्रिल २०२४ मा सर्वोच्चले सो निवेदनको फैसला गर्यो। नेपाल सरकार, निवेदक बिनोद कुँवर पक्ष र अर्को रसियन माफिया पक्ष फबैलाई हराएइ दिएर फेरी १० औं महाधिवेशन गर्न पूर्व अध्यक्ष डा. शेष घलेलाई नेतृत्वको गर्ने फैसला गरेको छ। त्यो फैसलाको बिरोधमा रसियन माफियाहरुले अदालतकै बर्खिलापमा गएका छन्। तर पनि लछारपाटो केहि लाग्नेवाल छैन। जुन कुराको फैसला भयो त्यसको पुर्णप्रति यो लेख्दाको समय सम्म आएको छैन। त्यो नआउँदा सम्म अर्को सोहि विषमा मुद्धाको दावी नै लाग्दैन। त्यसमा पनि यो मुद्धा उल्ट्याउन संबैधानिक इजलासले मात्र सक्छ। यो केशमा त्यो हुनेवाला छैन भनेर कानुनका बिज्ञको ब्याख्या छ।
यसैबीच केहि देशमा रसियन माफियाहरुले हर्कत गर्न छोडेका छैनन। अमेरिकामा पनि अदालतको फैसलाको बुँदा # (नम्बर) ७ ले बदर गरेको “भेरो” द्वारा गरिएको निर्वाचनका तथाकती सुनियोजित निर्वाचन बदर गरेको छ। तर पनि तिनै रसियन माफियाका अमेरिकी टुकडीले कोषको दुरुपयोग गर्दै दारु भेला सम्पन्न गरेको भन्ने सुनिएको छ। त्यसका लागि मानव तस्करी गर्न नेपालबाट प्रति ब्यक्ति २५ लाखको भिसा निवेदन बोलाबोल गरीएको कुरा नआएको होइन।
यसैबीच जुलाई १९, २०२४ का दिन कुवेतको फरमनिया स्थित होटेल सेप नौसाद रेस्टुडेन्टमा भएको रसुवा धादिगं कुवेतको तेस्रो अधिवेशनमा विनोद कुवंर अध्यक्ष रहंदा कानुनि रुपमा बनेको र हाल बैध रहेको “एनआरएन फाउण्डेशन” संग एफिलियट एनआरएनए
एनसिसि कुवेतका महासचिव पुष्करसिंह धामी माथि अभद्र र असभ्य ब्यबहार गर्ने काम भएको कुरा छरपस्ट रुपमा आएको छ।
महासचिव धामीले सम्मान जनक रुपमा एनआरएनए एनसीसी कुवेतको तर्फबाट संघलाइ कतै पनि नछोएर शुभकामना मन्तब्य राख्दै गए। त्यसपछि रणध्वज लामाको अराजक टोलीले घटना घटाउन प्रयास गरेका हुन्। यस्तो घटना कुवेतको नेपाली समाजमा नौलो भने होइन। कुरा अचम्मकै के छ भने हरेक पटकको असभ्य र अभद्र घटनाको पछाडी यिनै रणध्वज लामाहरुको टोलीको नाम आउने गरेको छ।
अप्रिल २०२४ मा भएको नेपालको सर्वोच्च अदालतको फैसलापछि रणध्वज लामा एनआरएनए कुवेत र अन्तराष्ट्रिय स्तरमा कुनै पनि जिम्मेवारीमा छैनन। त्यसको सुइँको उनलाई छैन र अझै पनि सपनाको संसारमा छन्।
स्मंरण रहोस, पुष्करसिंह धामी एनआरएनए एनसीसी कुवेतका अध्यक्ष धिरेन्द्रराज सुवेदीको आधिकारिक नेतृत्वका महासचिव हुन्। यो आधिकारिक एनसीसी कुवेतले थुप्रै एनआरएनहरुक लागि काम गरेको छ।
सर्वोच्च अदालतको फैसलाको पूर्णप्रति नआउँदै यस्तो हर्कत गर्ने उनी लामाको कुरालाइ उक्त कार्यक्रमका आयोजक र कुवेतका नेपाली समाजले लज्जास्पद भनेका छन्। यति मात्र होइन त्यहाँ नेपाली राजदूतावासका प्रतिनिधिहरु पनि हुनुहुन्थ्यो। उहाँहरुले कुनै प्रातिक्रिया दिने र दिएको अवथा भने छैन तर प्रत्यक्ष सुन्नु र देख्नु भएको हो।
रणध्वज लामाले यस पहिला पनि धेरै ठाउँ र गतिबिधिहरुमा यस्तो अभद्र, असभ्य र अमानबीय गतिबिधि गर्दै आएका छन्। प्रष्ट र कानुनी भाषामा भन्नुपर्दा उनि यो समय एनआरएनएको कुनै पनि जिम्मेवारीमा छैनन। कुवेतमा रहेका नेपाली समुदायमा बितण्डा मच्चाउन गुण्डागर्दी गर्ने व्यक्ति हुन्।
